Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st 1989) is an American actress. She portrayed Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in Shameless in the year 2011 to 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her role on The 10th episode of Roseanne and its spin-off The Conners. Kenney was born in New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney works as a Fox Sports sportswriter and is the child of Gillian Kenney. Gillian Kenney is a criminal defense lawyer. law, and Kevin Kenney previously wrote for The New York Post.
