Brooke Christa Shields, born May 31, 1965 is an American actress. She was 12 when she began her career as a model for children. She won critical acclaim for her part in Louis Malle’s 1978 film Pretty Baby (1978). She continued modeling into her teens and was a part of many dramas in the 1980s such as The Blue Lagoon (1980) and Franco Zeffirelli's Endless Love (1981). In 1983 Shields decided to end her modeling career to attend Princeton University where she received an undergraduate degree in Romance Languages. He is well-known for his role in Water Rats as Terry Watson, Alex Ryan and Matt Fletcher who are both from McLeod's Daughters. Born in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery relocated to Australia at the age of 17 and began studying acting at NIDA. After graduating from NIDA and NIDA, he started his TV career with the children's program Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most famous for his role in McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan.
