Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American model and actress. An agent saw her talent and encouraged her to enter the entertainment business. After a lot of thought her decision was to drop out of college and pursue her career as an entertainer. Her first appearance was in the film 'Children of the Corn' in Fields of Terror. She was not happy with the performance. To perfect and show her acting talents her acting skills, she acted in several low-budget movies. It was not an easy path for this actor, but her sheer willpower and patience was rewarded. Through the film Training Day she gained fame and got positive feedback. This was when her acting career began begin to take off. The films her most well-known roles include 2 Fast 2 Furious Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans Holy Motors.
