Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hennessy was born on 1968 on the 25th of November and is known for being an accomplished Canadian musician, actor and songwriter. Her contributions to American Television are well-known. She's famous for her outstanding performances on the American TV series Law & Order where she impressed viewers for three seasons playing prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan as the main character Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy has also demonstrated her acting prowess in movies like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class and The Acting Class, in which she worked on her scriptwriting and co-directing muscles. Hennessy began her acting career alongside her sister, in 1988. They played two call-girls in Dead Ringers. She starred for a brief time on Broadway as part of Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story, before moving into the world of science fiction in 1993 as Dr. Marie Lazarus. In the autumn of that year, she joined the cast for the NBC hit crime drama Law & Order in the character of assistant district prosecutor Claire Kincaid. Parker won an award in 2001, the Tony Award as Best Actress at the Broadway production Proof.
