Emily Bett Rickards born July 24, 1991 is an Canadian actress who is famous for portraying Felicity Smoak in The CW television series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born within British Columbia. Starting her professional path as a child, she was introduced to musical theatre and dance, with the hope of later becoming more involved in acting. She completed her Acting Essentials Programme through the Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. After the course was completed and attending an open call audition, which gained her an agent. Alida Vocal Studio, Vancouver was where she learned.
