Tracy Spiridakos, a Canadian actor, is best known for her character Charlotte Matheson in the NBC science-fiction series Revolution. She has also been nominated by Saturn Award for the performance. Spiridakos originated in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Greek-born parents. After she turned four, the family moved her to Skala. The Greek town is located near Sparta. She strongly identifies herself with her Greek heritage, and speaks fluently in Greek. The high school she graduated from was in Winnipeg, in 2000. Spiridakos moved to Vancouver BC in 2007 and began acting. In just a few weeks she landed her first television role, A small part on Supernatural. After several years of working on TV, Spiridakos won her first major performance as a character in Majority Rules, in the year 2009. In 2011, she made her debut in a feature film Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Additionally, she played a role in the low-budget film Kill For Me with Donal Loogue as well as Katie Cassidy. Anna Silk was the first daughter of Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a writer, actor director, producer, playwright and teacher in St. Thomas University).
