 Nathan John Feuerstein was born March 30, 1991. His initials NF (stylized IF) are an American rapper, singer , and songwriter. He has released two EPs, I'm Free (2012),[3] and a self-titled EP in 2014 in association with Capitol CMG. Mansion was his first album he released on a major label. His second studio album Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016 and peaked at the top of the list, number 12 of the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered many awards, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF reached mainstream popularity through Perception in the year 2017. The album peaked in the United States at number one and was certified Platinum. "Let You Fall" hit number twelve on the. Billboard Hot 100 topped the charts across the globe and was a top ten single. The Search (2019) was his second album. The album also enjoyed the same commercial success. Feuerstein claimed that Rap was the only way to escape from life during his youth. Feuerstein recorded his songs using a Karaoke Machine, recording his instrumentals on one mic, and his raps on in the other. Feuerstein independently released Moments the album that was the first of his studio album, on November 29, 2010. The first single, "Alone", was released on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the song was included. Xist Music was attracted to Feuerstein's work during 2012. His first extended play, I'm Free was released on May 2, 2012 by Feuerstein with production assistance from Profitt. The tracklist consisted of nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version of "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist released a teaser for the release of their self-titled extended piece, NF. However, Feuerstein broke off from the label during the midst of a dispute. The release of NF was delayed. NF included a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree, Williams, on the label's compilation album, Move Vol 1 On November 4, 2013, he released "Beautiful Addiction", a single. Profitt was once again featured in the song. Additionally, Danielle Swift sang.
